Quince Seed Hair Gel

Makes 2 oz

25 seeds from 1 fresh quince (quinces are a very fragrant fruit that looks like a cross between an apple and a pear)
1 1/4 cup water

Place the seeds in a glass container. Pour the water over the seeds and allow the mixture to sit for several hours. The seeds will give off a clear, gel like liquid. The longer the seeds sit the thicker the mixture will get.

Before styling your hair rub a small amount of gel into your hair. You can also spray the liquid onto your hair.
