Replenish Your Identity

On a Sunday during a waxing moon in the third hour of darkness, light a candle in your favorite color. Place carnations in a vase with water. In a natural vessel, place a bay leaf and some saffron next to the candles, place a personal object that brings enjoyment and pride.

Say Aloud :

In the healing of the Sun and the life-giving light it gives,
I claim my strength and identity. Close your eyes and visualize sunlight, and breathe it in.
I reconnect with the universal flow of all power and do this for the greater good.
So it be. And so it is.


Blow out the candle and dispose of the herbs at the full moon.
